Your First Week

We handle all the technical work. You just answer a few questions and approve what we build. Here's the timeline:

Day 1 — 15 minutes

You Fill Out the Form

Tell us your company name, what software you use, how many customers you have, and what's eating most of your time. That's it.

What we need from you:

  • Your company name and logo
  • What CRM/software you use (GorillaDESK, Jobber, iRoutes, etc.)
  • Approximate customer count
  • Your biggest headache (payment follow-ups? scheduling? reviews?)
  • Your email address (we'll set up sending from YOUR domain)

Day 1-2 — We do this

We Connect to Your System

We connect to your CRM via API (or set up the website webhook if your CRM is a closed box). We import your existing customer list. You don't touch anything.

What happens behind the scenes:

  • API connection to your CRM (or website webhook setup)
  • Customer data imported into BCA
  • Email domain verified (SPF/DKIM so emails land in inbox, not spam)
  • Your logo, colors, and company info added to all templates

Day 2-3 — We do this

We Build Your Automations

We set up every automation in your package — welcome emails, reminders, payment follow-ups, review requests. All customized with your branding and wording.

You Review and Approve

Day 4-5 — We do this

We Go Live

Do I need to change anything about how I work?

No. You keep using your CRM exactly like you do now. BCA runs in the background. Your crew doesn't need to learn anything new.

What if I want to change the wording of an email?

Just tell us. We update it within 24 hours. No extra charge. You can also preview any template in your dashboard anytime.

What if something goes wrong?

Every automation has safety controls — deduplication (won't send twice), logging (we see every email/text sent), and you can pause anything instantly from your dashboard. If something breaks, we fix it within 48 hours.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month. No contracts. If you cancel, automations stop running but your data stays available for 30 days.

Do my customers know I'm using BCA?

No. Every email comes from YOUR domain (info@yourcompany.com). Every text comes from your business number. Your customers never see our name.
